Job Description
SNI Companies is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a great organization in the Jacksonville, FL area!
Customer Service Representatives will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Job Description/Summary: Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Rep
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong data entry skills
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
