Dedication to exceptional customer service, capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and collaborate effectively in a team setting are essential requirements. Responsibilities: Printer and Copier Management: • Install, configure, and troubleshoot various printers and copiers across multiple locations within the organization, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility. • Fix paper jams, replace toner cartridges, and address other hardware-related issues. • Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on printer and copier functionalities, routine maintenance, and best practices. Mac and PC Setup (Apple & Windows): • Set up, configure, and maintain Mac and PC systems, including managing Apple and Windows operating systems and ensuring compatibility with organizational needs. • Work extensively with Adobe PDF documents, including editing, conversion, and troubleshooting, to facilitate seamless document handling. • Perform regular operating system updates, software installations, and hardware upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. Telecom and VOIP Phone Systems: • Install, configure, and manage telecom and VOIP phone systems across various locations, ensuring seamless communication. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call quality, connectivity, and hardware. • Collaborate with network teams to ensure alignment with organizational needs and compliance with industry standards. Cisco Security Appliances Management: • Implement and manage Cisco security appliances, including firewalls, VPNs, and threat protection systems, in line with the organization's security policies. • Proactively monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents, coordinating with the security team as necessary. • Collaborate with other IT specialists to develop and implement security best practices and policies. Availability and Travel: • Must be willing to travel to different locations as required to provide on-site support. • Availability to work on nights, weekends, and during emergencies for critical support and special projects, with early morning shift start times.
