Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supervising team of Data Managers, Document Control, and Model Manager’s.
Manage staffing plan/budget for the IM/DM team.
Providing Client with a Deliverables Dashboard containing progress measurement for Engineering/Supplier documentation.
Collaborating with Document Control and Engineering Leads for the identification, collection and turnover of Project document and deliverables in stages.
Providing access and user support to EDMS (Documentum), project share drives/portals (SharePoint admin) for internal and external client/suppliers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Review KBR system tools, author an Information Management, Implementation Plan
Understand networks, and related security to provide access for partners, clients, stakeholders.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Prior experience in the energy sector, Oil and Gas (Onshore or Offshore)
5 to 15 years of experience in Information Management
Experience in Sustainable technologies a plus
