The Lead Patient Account Rep ensures a customer focused and quality conscious work climate. Provides support and continual assessment of the Customer Service staff.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

• One year experience in Patient Accounts

• Working knowledge of medical billing requirements and reimbursement processes

• Strong background in Customer Service

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Strong decision making skills
