Deliver pipe, flanges, etc. via a Commercial Delivery Vehicle
Ability to operate a Moffett or Piggy Back Forklift
Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles.
Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
Maintain records, such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, in accordance with regulations. Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to dispatch via telephone.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail with the ability to communicate with other employees and customers
Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks..
Check delivery tickets for accuracy and thoroughness.
Ensures all engineering change notices are processed efficiently, effectively, and consistently and that all booked orders for standard designs have complete documentation.
Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with other departments within Ameripipe as well as with potential vendors.

Qualifications
Must be at least 25 years of age
5+ Years’ experience as a Commercial Delivery Driver with Moffett or Piggy Back experience
Have a valid Class A CDL License (no tickets or accidents 5+years)
Airbrake Endorsement
Standard Transmission
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and Background Investigation
Must be adaptable to different shifts and have the availability to work overtime and weekends when required
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn, have a “can do” attitude
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk 2-4 hours per 8 hour day
Ability to sit 8 hours per day for driving
Ability to utilize hands and feet for turning and pushing for driving 8 hours per day
Ability to stand 4-6 hours per 8 hour day
Ability to crouch, bend, kneel, lift 50 lbs, carry 50 lbs. and reach as needed in large and tight spaces 4-6 hours per 8 hour day
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. above head and work overhead 6’ 4-6 hours per 8 hour day
