Almacenar las ordenes al llegar
Control de productos basado a nuestros estándares de calidad
Completar la lista diaria de preparación
Asegurar que todo alimento producido cumple con las expectativas
Control de seguridad e inventario
Seguir los sistemas de calidad
Alertar la Gerencia de cualquier cuestión o problemas
Reportar el malfuncionamiento del equipo/utensilios de trabajo a la Gerencia
