Asset Management Coordinator

We're seeking a full time Asset Management Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring proper payments to landowners, data and billing corrections for customer and Site Provider accounts. The role will also liaise with internal team members, tenants, and site providers ensuring completion of deal specific tasks and documents. This is a hybrid role, with three (3) days on site.
Primary Responsibilities:
Process correspondence with tenants, landlords and other third parties.
Organize and maintain filing systems and document management.
Liaise with site owners and tenants to arrange access to our sites.
Assist and support tenants and landlords regarding property dealings.
Provide support to Property Managers by producing, modifying and /or distributing various forms, documents, application forms, and other deliverables.
Manage new vendor setup.
Work with tenants to complete leasing document requests.
Assist with terminations and coordinate with local Property Manager to ensure process is completed in a timely manner.
Assist with the scheduling of contractor work.
Create revenue enhancement sheets and assist with reporting as requested.
Additional projects as needed.
Education:
High School Diploma or Associates Degree
Experience:
1 - 3 years of experience, preferably in business operations, contract management, real estate, legal document development, contract administration, customer service, or sales
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
Eager to learn and ability to adapt to changing situations as needed.
Salary Range: $21 - $31 per hour ($45,000 - $65,000 annual) + bonus potential
Please note, the pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, department budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
