About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of People, Performance, and DEI to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the HR function and will play a critical role in defining and executing an organizational framework that supports a high-performing, fast-paced culture. Collaboration with the executive team, particularly the CEO, is essential, as is the ability to expand focus beyond HR to contribute to key strategic and growth goals. The role requires a leader who is committed to preserving and enhancing the unique culture of the organization while driving toward its mission of transforming education.
