As a Recruiter with us, you will manage a diverse range of over 20 positions across various operations. Working closely with hiring managers, you will be an integral part of a results-driven team, offering great growth potential and the opportunity to learn holistic human resource services in a supportive environment.

The pay range for this position is $27 to $27 per hour.

This is an onsite position, located at 3030 Market St. San Diego CA, 92105. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8a-4:30pm and is a temporary position. (1 year)

Who You Are:

A Typical Day Will Include:

Conducting full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including developing and posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews through various mediums, and extending offers to successful candidates.

Comprehensive tracking and management of candidates through multiple sources (not limited to a singular ATS).

Maintaining consistent positive communication with hiring teams to provide updates on positions.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Comfortable navigating through various software systems as well as manual processes.

A customer-service mindset with a focus on advocacy for our clients.

We'd Love It If You:

Have experience in high-volume/high-turnover recruiting environments.

Have previous recruiting experience in the non-profit and/or healthcare fields.
