About the Role
The Customer Quality Support Advisor works closely with the Terminal Movements Specialist to understand the stock positions, quality of inbound product, any quality considerations at specific customer locations, and liaises with all parties accordingly. The aim of the role is to help the terminal succeed with product sales through strong customer and stakeholder relationships and quick intervention and support for any quality issues.
With a key responsibility in fuel quality management, you will manage relationships with key supply and end-user stakeholders and interface with customer shipping personnel to ensure fuel quality standards are being met. This role plays a key part in the terminal management structure and will drive process rigor via detailed planning in order for ATOM to deliver operational excellence.
About You
You will be a strong team-player with a willingness to learn and great time management and organisational skills. An eye for continuous improvement as well understanding various MS software.
If you've worked in previous product/stock monitoring roles, especially in major hazard facility-based businesses, this is highly regarded. An understanding of safety and efficiently storing and handling dangerous goods, and experience managing a product quality management system (QMS) is also desirable.
You will have the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships combined with great communication, organisational, and partnering skills to ensure a coordinated effort with the planning and scheduling of product receipt and storage.
