SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Strategist spearheads the development, implementation, and supervision of both long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising initiatives. This role requires being adept at enhancing brand recognition, driving traffic to the company's website, and nurturing lead generation. One of our core values is We Stay at the Cutting Edge . DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists in executing marketing strategies and objectives, especially related to social media and digital advertising, as they apply to recruiting new agents, encouraging new business, and building brand awareness.

Plan the social media content calendar and posts in alignment with PBC brand and marketing strategy.

Assists in writing scripts and presentations, for use online and video; effectively use AI/ChatGPT programs.

Can effectively manage contract vendors for video recording/editing and photography.

Analyze digital and social media advertising performance metrics and suggest solutions to enhance website traffic and improve lead generation.

Produces weekly performance reports to be shared with the executive team.

Coordinates social media packages for agents and the brand; manages vendors providing the packages.

Coordinates with onboarding staff to create social media graphics for new agents.

Is knowledgeable about and places ads in Leading RE and LPI on behalf of the brokerage and the agents.

Assists with digital and print ad contracts and placement.

Assists with editing and proofreading.

Participates in new market research and design.

Enforces brand standards; understands and reflects our brand in the role.

Maintains confidentiality and shows discretion in all aspects of the role.

Understands and respects the chain of command within PBC; creates and maintains positive relationships within Agent Operations.

Communicates with kindness and respect to all members of staff, agents, and the public.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic graphic design skills, social media savvy

Ability to successfully collaborate with all internal and external partners.

Professional writing skills are a must.

Detail-oriented with outstanding organization, communication, time management, and project management skills.

Creative thinker and team player.

Demonstrated success and comfort in working in a very fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and interact with all levels of management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with a demonstrated ability to write compelling copy.
