As an Marketing Specialist in solar, you main responsibility is setting appointments with qualified, residential homeowners at the door. How do I qualify to be an Marketing Specialist?
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Great communication, texting and dropping pins is a must, and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus!)
Previous Sales/door to door or experience is preferred but not required.
Attend Boot Camp and pass all required Solar Sales Training
Ability to work alone and in a group as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, commission is the goal.
