Our client is a leading software company that provides a diverse suite of products aimed at enhancing collaboration, productivity, and project management within organizations. Their product suite includes tools for project tracking, team communication, and software development. These products are designed to streamline workflow processes, improve team coordination, and facilitate seamless communication.

Location: United States of America (Remote)

At this role, you will:

- Lead the channel team to fulfill our client's business charter, focusing on customer community growth, service, and global promotion

- Implement a disciplined sales pipeline strategy for opportunities

- Establish a regular cadence with the different teams to identify and achieve business objectives

- Develop a business plan to grow the region, outlining specific goals for sales targets

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the region, relevant market metrics, and technical understanding of our client's products

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in the enterprise software industry

- 8+ years managing teams, working directly with leaders

- Demonstrated success with surpassing sales targets
