We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 0-3 years' experience. In this role, you will be part of a team that develops detailed design and specifications in 3D modeling and 2D layouts for new and existing HVAC products by using Computer Assisted Design (CAD) software using Creo or Solid Edge.
Position Responsibilities may include:
Concept designs
CAD modeling 3D and 2D Layouts by using Creo or Solid Edge
Capability of Design for Manufacturability
Ensure Fit and Form of new and existing design
New and existing product design for HVAC products
Tolerance Stack up analysis
Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems
Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery using computer-assisted equipment
Revise, edit, and update changes to drawings based on revised sketches, notes, drawings, and verbal instruction
Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in Creo and up (Pro-sheet metal, Pro-piping and Solid modeling)
Proficiency in Solid edge and up (sheet metal, xpress route and Solid modeling)
Experience in product design and engineering change process
Good mechanical design and hands-on background
Capable of designing mechanical system with help from design engineers
