Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you'll be instrumental in securing new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business ventures, both ad-hoc and contractual

Drive revenue growth within targeted accounts

Cultivate consensus and secure commitments to close deals

Stay abreast of industry trends through workshops, publications, and networking

Proactively seek out growth opportunities and adjust strategies based on market intelligence

Forecast sales trends and maintain awareness of competitive landscape

Strengthen our market position with existing clients through regular engagement

Collaborate with Inside Sales to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in related fields such as electric motors, transformers, or power generation

Strong communication and presentation skills

Salary: $100K - $140K/yr. base
