La risorsa verrà inserita nella Direzione “Fondi Abitare Sociale” e, nell’ambito delle attività di investimento, gestione e disinvestimento del patrimonio immobiliare dei Fondi, svolgerà le seguenti attività: (i) supportare l’attività di investimento, diversificazione, scouting e sviluppo degli investimenti dei Fondi attraverso l'individuazione sul mercato delle opportunità di investimento nel settore del social, senior, student housing (con focus sulla modalità indiretta del fondo di fondi); (ii) effettuare analisi delle opportunità di investimento ricevute dalle SGR gestrici, valutando eventuali criticità e modalità di mitigazione dei rischi, anche in termini di coerenza rispetto al regolamento di gestione; (iii) predisporre le analisi e la documentazione di istruttoria dell'investimento e di tutte le attività connesse agli iter autorizzativi interni di delibera, esecuzione e gestione degli investimenti; (iv) supportare il team nella gestione del fondo e nel monitoraggio periodico dei dati economico - finanziari e gestionali dei fondi target rispetto al budget e/o business plan; (v) predisporre e monitorare business plan e modelli di analisi degli investimenti; (vi) elaborare note tecniche, presentazioni e report per i vertici aziendali e per gli investitori dei fondi; (vii) affiancare il team nelle attività di monitoraggio, di due diligence e di gestione dei rapporti con le SGR target, con gli stakeholder del settore e con il mercato di riferimento.
La risorsa ideale possiede una laurea in Economia, Ingegneria, ed ha maturato un’esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in fondi di investimento immobiliari, realtà di consulenza e advisory. Il ruolo richiede un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e un’ottima padronanza del pacchetto MS Office.
Completano il profilo spiccate capacità analitiche, capacità comunicative e relazionali, attitudine al problem solving e alla sintesi.
