We're looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative , working in Insurance industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States .
Receive requests via telephone regarding Insurance application status.
Respond to inquiries from independent and company agents and/or agencies for information and assistance.
Perform research to respond to inquiries and interprets notifications to determine most effective response.
Respond to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.

Experience Required for Your Success High School Diploma or GED
2+ years experience in customer service, call center environment
Bilingual- Spanish required
Prior insurance experience preferred
Cigna experience a plus
Ability to maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures
Ability to handle high end customers in a professional manner
Home internet with 25 mbps and up is required
