Chicago Meat Authority (CMA) is seeking an on-site IT Systems Analyst who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a manufacturing environment that utilizes a Microsoft Stack. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders across the organization.
Compensation: Salary starting at $75,000 per year with flexibility to move upward based on level of expertise and prior job experience.
What You Get to Do
Maintain and administer desktops, user accounts and related environments including hardware (both office and production floor), productivity software such as Office365, and security configurations.
Provide operational support for Microsoft365/Office365 systems that include Office 365, Exchange, Teams as well as back-end configurations of Group Policies, AV Platforms, and other infrastructure assets.
Apply all pertinent operating system, firmware and application security updates and patches per policy.
Oversee change control for IT infrastructure and backend ERP systems.
Create and monitor data and system backups along with quarterly restoration testing.
Write technical procedures for configuration and deployment of hardware, software, and related products.
What We Want from You
4 – 5 years of experience managing all aspects of PC workstation, mobile device, internal servers, and cloud services in a Microsoft Stack environment. The environment includes but is not limited to: Hybrid cloud with integration between onsite virtualized servers in a clustered configuration along with Azure, Office 365, and Exchange.
Windows 10/11 Desktop
Data Collection Devices and printers for ERP systems
Cloud based VOIP system/Salesforce Integration
MFA configurations and deployments for remote users.
Manufacturing devices such as scanners and label printers.
Experience deploying and managing MS Teams and supporting conference room hardware.
