Deskside Support Technician

Washington, DC, United States

Gridiron IT is seeking an Deskside Support Technician I to work onsite in Washington, DC, with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

Duties:

Responsible for providing service desk and desk side support to end users.

Creates, updates and closes, incident and service requests with the IT service management system.

Escalates complex problems to level 2 and/or level 3 It support Technicians.

Adheres to IT Processes and SOPs.

Experience:

Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience providing desk side and/or service desk IT support, specializing in troubleshooting end-user issues with hardware and software.

Must have a broad base of knowledge and be fluent in multiple IT disciplines such as computing, computer workstations, computer hardware and software, productivity tools, applications and networking.

CompTIA A+ certification may be substituted for 1 year experience.
