About The Role
•What You'll Do
Youwill support the team by taking on projects across the product based on themost urgent
need for the business.
Youwill work with customers and stakeholders to prioritize problems, definerequirements,
and manage a project through the product development processfrom discovery to general
availability.
Youwill become an expert on our software, customer, and our market, as well asbe able to
identify, prioritize and execute on both tactical and strategicprojects.
Youwork well cross-functionally with other teams such as executives, productmarketing,
customer success and make sure their objectives are met,opinions are considered, and
plans communicated.
Youwill collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and otherteams to
shape requirements, features and end products.
Youwill dig deep into customer and usage data to identify opportunities andevaluate the
success of our efforts.
Youwill work closely with industry experts to understand industry direction andtrends and
identify opportunities for R&D that can set us apart fromthe competition.
•Your Background
Thisis a senior-level position. You have been building software products for sometime and
have 5+ years of experience shipping products as a PM.
Youare experienced at taking ideas and ambiguous data, defining the rightoutcome, and
then developing on a plan to get there.
Youare able to consider and balance the many different data points and opinionsabout your
area of ownership.
Youcan communicate and articulate the strategy and roadmap to execs, teammembers and
customers.
Thisis a key user experience role, you will be able to work directly with seniordesigners and
instinctively understand UX concepts and trade-offs.
Thisis a technical role, you will be able to work directly with senior engineersand
instinctively understand technical concepts and trade-offs.
Youare able to comfortably handle many concurrent projects and to do's, andinstinctively
re-prioritize often without needing guidance. It is in a h ighgrowth stage and you will
be comfortable with the level of ambiguity and workload thatentails.
Youhave the ability to roll up your sleeves and pick up work outside of yourrole definition
when you need to.
Youhave worked with engineering teams as a product owner and have demonstrable
experience leading cross-functional teams to ship high-qualityproducts.
Youare a strong communicator and can lead teams through difficult decisions.
Youhave strong data skills in quantitative analytics and qualitative userresearch.
•Desired Qualifications
Youhave experience working on complex user scenarios, with multiple personasinteracting
through the tool.
Youhave experience understanding intricate systems, and partnering with Designto deliver
simple, yet powerful, user experiences.
Youare incredibly detail oriented, and enjoy polishing the experience of yourcustomers.
Youhave experience in consumer or B2B SaaS and understand the mechanics andeconomics
of a SaaS business.
You have a technical degree orequivalent work experience
