Job Description As the Senior Director, of Programs P2P, you’ll play a critical role in achieving our goals by developing and implementing strategic plans and activities. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive fundraising initiatives, all while ensuring effective day-to-day operations.

Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for our peer-to-peer programs.

Align these strategies with our organizational mission and vision.

Continuously assess and adjust plans based on internal and external factors.

Program Management:

Oversee all aspects of peer-to-peer fundraising programs on both national and regional levels.

Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.

Stakeholder Communication:

Effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and donors.

Foster strong relationships to enhance fundraising efforts.

Present complex information clearly and concisely.

Leadership and Prioritization:

Balance high-level organizational priorities while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve fundraising targets.

Make data-driven decisions to optimize program performance.

Qualifications: National Peer to Peer fundraising strategy experience, innovation, and staff development.

Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, particularly within peer-to-peer strategies.

Familiarity with donor engagement, stewardship, and retention.

Strategic Thinker:

Ability to develop and execute long-term plans aligned with organizational goals.

Comfortable adapting strategies as needed based on changing circumstances.

Management Skills:

Thorough understanding of general management principles.

Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and special events fundraising.

Communication Proficiency:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (8+ years) in a relevant field.
