Our South Seattle-based client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The candidate must have previous Accounts Payable processing experience and vendor management experience. The Accounts Payable Specialist role consists of processing high-volume Accounts Payable invoices, managing vendors, and data entry.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform Accounts Payable functions in accordance with policies, procedures, and internal controls
Processing up to 200 Accounts Payable invoices/day, PO processing, 3-way match
Responding to vendor inquiries and analyzing vendor accounts
Receive/distribute codes for approval
Prepares accounts payable checks
Assist in monthly closings
