Job Description Job Description Description: SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for full cycle sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening and on-boarding candidates and new employees for Radians business units in multiple sites, states and countries. The Sr. Recruiter will also develop, track and provide metrics on all aspects of the recruiting and on-boarding process and ensure that these processes are an appropriate reflection of the company’s culture and core values. This position will identify and maintain a pipeline of potential future candidates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Sources, recruits, pre-screens and on-boards candidates; coordinates the use of temporary employees
· Manages and owns recruitment process from beginning to end; following up with candidates and hiring managers
· Successfully manages multiple candidates and employees with the ability to effective prioritize efforts to meet obligations
· Develops recruiting techniques and sourcing methods specific to job requirements
· Utilizes a variety of sourcing strategies to pipeline a diverse pool of candidates for each job opportunity, by using electronic media, social networking, job fairs and other sourcing tactics
· Reviews resumes to ensure minimum requirements are met, phone screen candidates, recommends top talent for interviews, coordinates phone and onsite interviews, initiates pre-employment requirements, pre-close finalist candidates and remains engaged through onboarding and orientation of new hires
· Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (I.e., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements, etc.)
· Manages hiring requisitions, postings (internal and external); candidate record retention requirements in accordance with fed/state laws
· Guides internal/external candidates throughout the selection process through timely, effective communication, disposition & feedback
· Conducts both passive and active sourcing and recruitment strategies for niche searches at the entry-level, mid-level, and executive level
· Builds strong collaborative working relationships with hiring managers company wide, to establish staffing needs and candidate skill set
· Implements/Manages/updates all activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
· Prepares headcount reports, turnover and other metrics, in the support of other departments and management
· Exercises independent judgment and utmost confidentiality within scope of responsibility in performing assigned duties
· Performs other related duties as required and assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE : A bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business, and five to seven years of solid experience in full cycle recruitment at all levels, or any similar combination of education and experience. Recruiting experience in manufacturing, distribution, sales environments a must.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write reports, analyze and interpret general business literature and/or training materials. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Must have the ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationship and communicate with persons outside the organization in a professional manner.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Must be PC literate (MS Office) and have strong Excel, Outlook emphasis. Experience using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing spreadsheets, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information.
Must have strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
· Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office software products; familiarity with applicant tracking systems
· Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)

· Successfully perform all aspects of the recruiting process including: hosting career fairs, engage in competitive market research, phone screenings, resume searching, testing, in-person and phone interviews, and new hire on boarding
· Initiate the employment verification/reference checks for applicants
· Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage open requisitions
· Experience in recruiting in a manufacturing/distribution center environment
· Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee has to occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; the employee is frequently required to walk; the employee is required to regularly sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. The employee may be subject to risk of electrical shock through use of powered equipment; I.E. computers, etc.
