SUMMARY: Under general direction, performs a variety of technical and support services involving designing and production operations of various projects needed for sales execution. Maintains inventory of items used by the sales team and distributes as needed. Perform related duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Design, produce and distribute point of sale as needed by the sales force

Manage the material inventory for the Print Shop

Order needed supplies, resourcing most cost-effective vendors while considering quality of product

Coordinate, schedule, facilitate and monitor printing and production services.

Manage the fulfilling of rack orders and inventory levels for the rack center.

Place orders with various vendors for racks. Source racks for various projects for the Sales Directors and Account Executives.

Develop the Marketing Credit Overview for POS to be billed to our brand partners monthly.

Coordinate with the operations team regarding the delivery of racks and POS to the five branches.

Ensure samples are kept in stock in the sales conference room.

Operate wide format printers, small format printers, cameras and other production equipment as needed.

Perform monthly safety inspections on equipment and record-keeping; inspects and verifies completed projects meet quality standards.

Monitor all printing systems to insure appropriate and safe procedures are followed as required by operation manuals; maintains inventory of paper, bindery supplies, toner, and other consumables.

Maintain the Marketing Budget spreadsheet by logging P.O.s and providing analysis from the Financial Details Report to the Director of Marketing each month.

Assist Director of Marketing in processing of Marketing Credits to Ozark brand partners.

Utilize reporting tools and analysis to support business decisions

Assist in managing the Sales and Marketing Interns.

Ensure appropriate samples are ordered in a timely manner for sampling events and processed according to the Marketing Team’s Standard Operating Procedures.

Assist the Director of Marketing in preparations for new product launches.

Maintain monthly evaluation of the Marketing Statics by documenting number of items distributed by the Rack Center, the number of items processed by the Print Shop and the number of samplings conducted by all Sales and Marketing Interns.

Ensure new products that are preparing to launch are processed through the New Product Launch Sequence for successful “Day One-Minute” One execution by the sales force.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. 1 to 3 years print shop experience. Associate degree preferred.

Print shop operation experience includes the relationship between graphic artwork and computer generated printing products; procedures for estimating job costs, supplies, and related materials and resources; maintaining print and copy schedule formats to meet shop needs; standard software applications and desktop publishing programs including Publisher, In-Design, Adobe Illustrator and other related programs; and safety regulations including the safe use of chemicals related to the printing process.

Language Skills: Ability to read. Ability to respond to common inquires.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied both written and verbal.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None. Certification to operate a forklift will be provided as part of the on-the-job training.

Other Skills and Abilities: None.

Other Qualifications: Valid driver license, current liability insurance certificate, and driving record within MVR policy standards.
