Collaborate closely with Instructional System Designers and fellow Multimedia Artists.
Ensure adherence to established style guidelines for artistic assets.
Utilize project management tools for efficient task allocation and workflow management.
Participate actively in team meetings to brainstorm and coordinate projects.
Perform quality assurance checks on team members' artwork to maintain high standards.
Develop branding elements and standardized training templates.
Required Qualifications:
Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience or a Master's Degree plus 6 years of experience.
Proficiency in the Creative Suite Master Collection, including After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Skilled in video and audio editing.
Mastery of traditional illustration techniques, such as perspective, composition, layout, and line weight.
Proficiency in various illustration styles and techniques.
Experience with creating and manipulating vector graphics.
Desired Qualifications:
Background in designing from storyboards.
Familiarity with animation principles.
Knowledge of gamification techniques.
Experience using multimedia authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Maya or similar platforms.
Familiarity with process management tools like Jira.

Pay Range: Pay Range $98,150.00 - $177,425.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
