WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
You will work Monday - Friday .
Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with scheduling new appointments, conducting client policy reviews, and performing data entry for servicing requested benefits. With a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you will ensure that all customer interactions are documented accurately and efficiently. Your role will require excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
