City Wide Facility Solutions is adding another high-performing Sales Executive to sell with integrity. As a Sales Executive you will ask questions and listen to uncover prospect needs and strategize how City Wide might solve them. this is best for a hunter who can close as well, managing all aspects of the sales process. Prospecting is a daily focus. Career advancement opportunities abound in our growing firm.
Develop qualified leads via contacts/our database and working with a BDS, record activity, meet metrics
Develop client relationships referencing our business model to build trust
Guide, manage, mentor your appointment setter (BDS) to maximize opportunities
Build your pipeline. Actively use our happy clients as a resource for referrals

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Sandler or Carnegie training a plus
Sell value over just price; a bit of successful sales experience a plus, but we will train the right person
Organized, MSO and CRM knowledge
Qualifications
3+ years outside B2B sales experience, prefer most recent job experience in outside sales
Demonstrated track record of success
Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory
Proficiency in CRM systems to include strong data entry and organization of sales data
Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie, etc.
Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
Outgoing, dynamic personality
Can-do attitude that loves to be challenged
Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients.
An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong MS Office
