As a member of one of the worlds largest Workday-certified teams, youll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, youll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

As a Workday Data Consultant/Team Lead , your primary responsibilities may include:

+ Lead a team of one? other? Data Conversion consultants on one or more project teams?

+ Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday?Cloud?HCM & Financials system?

+ Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools??

+ Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday?

+ Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday?

+ Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project?

+ Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership?

+ Closely?follow the strategic direction?set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals?

+ Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives?

+ Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary?

+ Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience?

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Heres what you need:

+ Workday Partner Certification

+ Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm

+ Minimum of 2 year hands-on Workday Data experience

+ Minimum of 2 year of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

+ 4 Full Life-Cycle Workday Data implementations

+ Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

+ Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics

+ Demonstrated consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with overall knowledge of information systems

+ Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
