Automotive Sales Manager Houston, TX Russell & Smith Honda Sales Manager
This position contributes to the success of the dealership by successfully achieving sales goals and objectives relevant to the components of the dealership’s strategic plan.
Job Responsibilities:
Increase sales volume
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Hire, train, and mentor sales staff
Conduct sales meetings on a daily basis
Establish sales objectives with plans for achieving them with each salesperson
Display and market vehicles on the lot and through our inventory management tool.
Handle customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
Must have the ability to report to work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism
Requirements
Education- High school diploma or the equivalent is required, and a college degree is preferred.
Experience-At least 3-5 years of automotive sales management experience.
Valid Texas Driver’s License
Clean driving record and be able to pass an MVR and background check.
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
