Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with assigned client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact for all IT-related matters

Client Engagement: Understand clients' business objectives, IT strategies, and challenges to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and providing tailored solutions

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues, and providing effective solutions

Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of clients' IT requirements, aligning them with appropriate products, services, and solutions offered by our organization

Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs and market dynamics

Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proactive attitude with a passion for staying updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities, assess risks, and develop effective strategies

Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite
