Your Role
Design & Branding Manager
As a Design & Branding Manager on TransPak’s Marketing team, you'll be a talented creator who puts the eyes of our customers first as you create and standardize assets on behalf of TransPak and our brand. This includes, but is not limited to, graphic design, print and digital collateral creation, video editing, and brand standardization.

What You’ll Be Doing
GRAPHIC DESIGN & ASSET PRODUCTION
Producing graphics to support marketing efforts
Creating digital designs for thought leadership pieces, PR placements and pitches, social media posts, and social media profiles
Utilizing Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop
customer-facing brochures, sales sheets, and press releases
Creating all print and digital collateral according to standard brand guidelines and company positioning
Utilizing Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop
Executing professional-quality, error-free final deliverable by agreed-upon due date
Editing video content for branded, consistent deliverables
Collaborating with Content Manager to plan and edit monthly video content
Utilizing standard intro/outro and transition templates to create branded, consistent assets
Designing new and updated web pages
Consulting with internal stakeholders to draft and design pages for company website
Ensuring web pages are optimized from a design and UX perspective; collaborate with Technical Marketing Manager to optimize design from an SEO perspective
Actual front-end development / publish of web pages a plus
DESIGN & BRANDING-RELATED MARKETING OPERATIONS
Ensuring company-wide adherence to standard design and branding principles
Maintaining up-to-date brand guidelines and asset repository
Creating processes and platforms to encourage easy company-wide access
Developing company tradeshow strategy
Identifying tradeshow opportunities and maintain long-term planning resource
Creating standardized processes and collateral for company tradeshow exhibitions
Providing ad-hoc design support
Overseeing business card design and production
Designing, planning, and executing branded merch orders
Producing mission-critical, customer-facing PowerPoint slides as needed
What We’d Like to See from You
Technical skills:
Web design
Print design
Video editing
Management of / adherence to brand guidelines
Front-end web development a plus
Experience with the following tools :
Illustrator
InDesign
Photoshop
Premiere/After Effects, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
PowerPoint (advanced)
WordPress a plus

Your Candidacy

While we prefer candidates located in Austin, TX, or a US TransPak location, this role may be completely remote or hybrid.
Target salary for this role is $70,000-$85,000.
