The Role
Join Fospha as we expand into the North American market. As our Events Marketing Manager, you'll work with the VP Growth to build Fospha’s events function, playing a pivotal role in promoting our brand and building relationships in a new market. You will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of all event marketing activities, from industry conferences and trade shows to webinars and online meetups. This role offers the chance to directly contribute to our growth and establish Fospha as a leader in marketing measurement in new regions.
Professional Requirements
Event Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy that aligns with Fospha’s business goals and enhances our brand presence in the market.
Execution and Management: Manage all aspects of event coordination, including vendor negotiations, logistics, budgets, and staffing. Ensure our events are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeds expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure event content and messaging are aligned with broader company objectives. Engage with industry partners and key customers to maximize opportunities for collaboration and visibility.
Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the success of each event, analyzing key metrics to determine ROI and areas for improvement. Use insights gained to optimize future event strategies.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Fospha at various events, enhancing and maintaining the company’s image and establishing meaningful industry connections.
