Job Summary
As a Software Engineer at ILS, you will work on a team of dedicated professionals and be responsible for building, maintaining, and deploying software applications in support of the ILS Online Marketplace and eCommerce offerings.
The ideal candidate is a developer with a demonstrated progression in standard application development.The candidate should have an understanding of the agile development process, and also have proven experience in Application Development using .NET Technologies.
Responsibilities
Work in an Agile environment to understand requirements, design, code, and test innovative solutions, and support those applications
Work across the entire system architecture, from backend to front end, to design, develop, and support high quality, scalable products and interfaces
Write clean scalable code using VB.NET, .NET Core, C# and Angular technologies to develop solutions using Microsoft MVC and/or Service Oriented frameworks.
Test and deploy applications and systems
Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software
Requirements
3-5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related coursework.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a courteous and professional demeanor
Ability to be meticulous with accuracy and detail
Must be deadline sensitive and adaptable to change
