As a Solution Advisor within PNC's Treasury Solutions Group organization, you will be based in Atlanta GA or Charlotte NC or Raleigh NC or Pittsburgh PA or Philadelphia PA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, assisting clients on their digital transformation journeys by leveraging your expertise in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and working capital optimization. Collaborate with sales teams and clients to design efficient solutions to drive their business performance by automating processes and integrating our treasury management platform seamlessly into their operations. You will also represent the voice of the customer to internal product teams and may represent our business externally in the financial industry and/or associations.

Consults with the client/prospect to assess business needs and identify product/service recommendations. Advises Sales team in the development of significant/complex sales opportunities, including proposals, presentations and the closing of the opportunities. Serve as team leader for product advisors, as needed.

Works with the Sales team in the qualification and prioritization of pipeline and sales opportunities targeting largest and most complex opportunities.

Completes diagnosis of client's current business situation and related requirements through data gathering, which includes interviews, research, tools development and modeling.

Consults with the client/prospect to assess complex and highest value business opportunities and develops tailored solutions using PNC capabilities. Serves as liaison with the Client Implementation team.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
