JOB FAMILY SUMMARY:
The Sales team is responsible for qualifying and responding to marketing and Sales Development generated pipeline, building their own outbound pipeline, conducting meetings with prospects and bringing in new revenue to the company, as well as being an ambassador of the Monograph brand.
JOB SUMMARY:
An Account Executive (AE) plays a critical role in our sales organization by increasing our new customer acquisition, bringing in net new revenue to the company. As an AE at Monograph, you will help shape the sales process and help collaborate with the SDR and marketing teams to deliver results for overall sales and company success. This role will report to the Head of Revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
1-4 years demonstrated SaaS sales experience
Experience in the following industries preferred:
Architecture / Engineering / Construction (AEC)
Accounting / HR / Payroll / Project Management Software
Demonstrated track record of consistent quota attainment
Revenue obsessed
Proactive culture keeper team member - sharing successes and uplifting others around them
Knowledge of different sales methodologies and a curiosity to be proactive and creative in new and different methods to reach success
Possesses grit and drive to improve one's own sales efficiency and performance
Coachable and receptive to feedback
Experience working with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach and Gong
Analytical acumen, being comfortable identifying growth opportunities using data
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly prioritize and adapt to changing initiatives
Possess a startup mentality - moving quickly, thinking strategically, and motivated to go above and beyond
Excellent presentation, verbal, written and listening communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, customer experience, marketing, operations and product departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently overachieve revenue targets
Responsible for creating individual pipeline with outbound efforts in addition to working pipeline distributed via marketing and SDRs

Holding meetings with stakeholders, selling with curiosity, performing great discovery on their business needs, pain points and solution impact, and closing new deals
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
Collaborate and align with Sales, Marketing, CX and Revenue Operations
Be an ambassador of the Monograph culture and values
All other duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This is a full-time role in a remote position in the United States.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard.
This position is mostly stationary and will be required to remain stationary for extended periods of time.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
SCOPE OF SUPERVISION/AUTHORITY:
Duties are performed with managerial supervision and coaching. Often responsible for planning and organizing their own work, which will be directly related to general business operations of the company or its customers and prospects. Will receive training and guidance from their manager ongoing. Individual contributors may be required to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance depending on the nature of the position.
Compensation band:
This is a position where you will earn a base salary + commission. OTE $110,000 - $130,000 uncapped
