Responsibilities:
Provide systems integration services for interactive data wall applications and hardware/software integration.
Lead remote system and network integration before on-site implementation.
Install and commission server and large-scale video wall systems as per customer requirements.
Configure and troubleshoot software and integrated solutions.
Perform Audio-Visual Technician duties when needed.
Other tasks assigned by Management.
Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in TCP/IP network security, routing, and topologies.
Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Windows environments and networking (OSI layers 2, 3, 4).
Knowledge of video and audio integration.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
Certifications/Qualifications:
InfoComm CTS and CompTIA Security+ certifications preferred.
Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance preferred.
