As a Senior Program Manager for Cloud Innovation Program Management ( CIPM ), you will be responsible for working directly with numerous internal and external teams across the CO+I organization, including Microsoft Engineering Groups, global capacity and deployment planning teams, real estate and datacenter industry experts, engineering, operations, security, risk design and execution pillars. You will serve a critical role to harness disparate work streams across the key stakeholders and develop mature and repeatable processes. As a critical part of the CIPM team within Microsoft’s CO+I Organization, this role will help define how we improve overall delivery for new Cloud initiatives. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain project/program related processes, procedures, reports, training, and improvement plans.

Collaborate across groups within CO+I and across the company to overcome challenges and deliver results.

Oversee multiple projects and/or programs working across multiple internal and external teams to ensure they are successfully delivered in accordance with established requirements, timelines and within budget.

Document and improve work processes to make workflow more efficient and productive.

Develop programs to assess, track, and maintain performance quality of third-party contractual compliance for projects associated with new initiatives.

Learn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values. Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.

Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of datacenter operations.

Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements : Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
