Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the Seton Hall community in the use of various software platforms that support teaching and learning.
• Deliver face-to-face training on various software platforms.
• Create online training for various software platforms.
• Edit training materials for accuracy, design, clarity, and readability.
• Assist with the overall management of Learning Management System, including but not limited to creating courses/organizations, resolving account issues, and providing general support for Canvas questions and issues encountered by the SHU community.
• Participate in projects to assess various software platforms.

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team player who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Interest in learning about or training others in basic and advanced technology and online learning concepts

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 programs and Seton Hall supported software and hardware
• Willingness to learn and implement new technologies
• Excellent customer service skills.
Physical Demands:
Carrying reams of paper as needed to stock printers.
