We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who understands the value of nurturing customer relationships.

What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)

Strong customer relationships, customers who count on our products and services will experience the full value of our product and service offerings that have a direct impact on their business. You will be the focal point of contact for assigned customers across all solutions

Lead regular strategic reviews with external customer stakeholders and keep a diverse set of internal companypersonnel up to date on current account status

Drive members of the operations team to resolve issues while managing a running action item list of key customer issues and ensure owners of these issues drive them to completion

Provide (to product management) systematic Voice-of-Customer input and reports that will help identify customer trends and needs, leading to product enhancements and improvements

Data retrieval and analysis to help customer with service changes and recommendations on effectively controlling their fuel management and environmental operations

Ensure customers acknowledge and receive the promised value for our solutions

Initiates upsell opportunities where they exist

Consult with Senior Executives, Operations, Project Managers, Tech Support, Contract Services, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve issues

Work with new and existing customers to ensure that they achieve their business imperatives and are delighted by Invenco by GVR’s solution offerings.

Proactively, you will work with your assigned accounts to drive adoption, be the voice of your customers to our Product, Engineering, Commercial and Customer Success teams.

If you are creative, energetic, and self-driven, you understand the customer and how they use our products and solutions, you’ll be their trusted partner who will launch us to even greater growth.

Up to 20% travel

Who You Are (Qualifications)

2+ years demonstrated experience working with a software company in a customer success manager, account management, marketing or technology role required

You’ll give us goose bumps if you have experience and/or a degree in both a technology and marketing field

2+ years customer success manager experience, preferred

It’s a plus if you have you worked with in a SaaS environment with CRM tools

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

The base compensation range for this position is $54,000 to $68,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
