Are you excited about this Resident Care DIrector job? As a new Resident Care Director at JGS Lifecare, you can expect a dynamic role that involves overseeing the daily operations of our resident care services. Your responsibilities will include coordinating care plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, provide guidance to staff, and promote a culture of integrity and excellence. This position entails working a schedule from 8 am to 4 pm with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Are you the Resident Care DIrector we're looking for? To excel as a Resident Care Director at JGS Lifecare, candidates must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. As an LPN or RN, you should have a deep understanding of clinical best practices and regulations in a long-term care setting. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software is essential for efficient documentation and communication.
The ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve effectively, and collaborate with a diverse team is crucial in this role. A compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care, coupled with a commitment to upholding integrity and professionalism, is key to success in this position.
