Digital Operations Project Coordinator

**** Summary
Our Digital Operations team is looking for a Project Coordinator. This person will be responsible for coordinating all projects and tasks within the Digital Operations team, which include web and app development projects, digital content updates, and the monitoring of digital inputs to the ministry, including emails, text messages, and prayer requests. They will interface with the Workplace Systems team to communicate project status for all Digital Operations projects. This role requires a highly motivated person with a strong attention to detail, the ability to organize multiple projects at one time, and a curiosity to continue learning about new technologies and processes.
Experience/Competencies
Attention to detail – Must be thorough in following projects through to completion.
Technical competency – Must understand the basics of digital projects and have the ability to learn processes quickly.
Communication skills – Must be able to communicate with developers, external vendors, stakeholders, management, and internal clients with project details throughout the process. Understanding the different ways people communicate and giving them the information that they need in a timely manner is key to success.
Teamwork – Possess the ability to work well within the Digital Operations team and with other teams throughout the ministry. Must respectfully give and receive feedback and flexibly adapt to changes.
Motivation – Must be called to “work for the betterment of the Kingdom” and understand the importance of our role in accomplishing that mission.
Collaborate with Workplace Systems and web development team on project scope, requirements, and timelines.
Break down projects into manageable tasks, create work plans, and assign tasks to team members based on skillset and availability.
Manage project timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Facilitate communication between team members and other stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting agendas, and action items.
Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Manage project communication tools and maintain organized project files.
Keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
Must exhibit spiritual maturity working as part of the In Touch team.
Use of the following productivity and project management tools is required and prior experience is a plus: Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, Slack, Teamwork.
Knowledge of the basics of web development and other digital projects is preferred.
Must be capable of proactive, analytical problem solving.
