Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations, enhancing team performance and optimizing systems • Lead the implementation of firm policies and procedures in collaboration with the owner • Collaborate on the development and integration of new firm initiatives • Elevate administrative functions across the firm, promoting a culture where systems drive business success • Maintains a professional and positive work environment by facilitating effective communication and information sharing among professional, paraprofessional, management, and support staff • Participates in strategic planning process with management to identify and accomplish short- and long-term organizational goals • Prepares the organization's budget • Performs or facilitates and delegates accounting functions as needed.
