Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to partner with our clients and own the delivery of their product roadmap. This role will be highly consultative, working directly with clients to define and prioritize their roadmap. This person will need to be able to understand the technologies being leveraged, what their capabilities are and how they can be used to provide value back to the organization.
A successful candidate will be a critical thinker with a background in retail and an ability to own a solution from start to finish. They will be a self starter and a highly motivated to own end to end solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with our client stakeholders and gain their trust and develop their roadmap
Review the technology ecosystem and identify dependencies across systems
Make recommendations based on industry or channel best practices
Gather insights from user feedback or performance metrics and make recommendations on future optimizations
Facilitate the requirements gathering process with our clients and stakeholders
Act as the single point of contact for the client across multiple workstreams
Review analytics and performance data to gather insights and make recommendations
Define the measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria for incremental features
Definition of the goals, objectives & KPI’s for new projects/features
Creation of release notes and talk tracks on incremental value created during each release
Ability to make recommendations optimizing the user experience
Working with teams to story point planned features
Manage resourcing and capacity within team to ensure balanced assignment of stories.
Creating a product road map based on vision
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
Developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Confident in Workflow tools, reporting and creating dashboards.
Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
Participating in Scrum meetings, sprint planning and any other applicable agile ceremonies.
Loyalty domain expertise a plus
Qualifications
4+ years in a Product Owner, delivery consultant or similar role (consulting or agency experience preferred
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce or similar systems
Experience working in Commerce, DXP, CDP or automation tools
Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting information to internal and external stakeholders
Strong experience in eliciting, defining and analyzing requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to drive solutions with the clients and technical team
Experience leading a cross-functional team
Able to work in and support a team environment across different time zones
Strong project management and technology skills
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Working knowledge of product development architecture
Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
