The transitions team is looking for an experienced project manager to join a dynamic, fast-paced team providing high touch service and support to financial advisors in any transition experience within our firm. This candidate will be responsible for working alongside the leadership team to prioritize key projects while maintaining responsibility for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The project manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and objectives are met.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation and risk management strategiesLeading project teams in executing project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget; monitoring progress and adjust to achieve project goalsServing as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, milestones, and potential risks. Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure current and future projects align with team prioritiesCoordinating resource allocations, including personnel and technology, to support project activitiesManaging budgets and expenses to optimize resource utilization and financial goalsImplementing quality control measures to ensure that deliverables meet established standards and specificationsConducting regular reviews to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actionsIdentifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize their impact to project outcomes; proactively address issues to keep project on track and within scopeMaintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes; Preparing progress reports and presentations for the leadership team and stakeholdersCore Strengths and Skills5+ years experience with project management (PMP certification a plus)Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team membersExcellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to anticipate and mitigate project risksKnowledge and experience with agile processes and principlesSalesforce experienceHave we piqued your curiosity?
