Site Superintendents are the face of Mammoth Construction in the field and are expected to maintain a professional, personal appearance. They meet frequently with owners, inspectors, and other professionals and are always present to witness the work being performed. Responsibilities for this position include:
· Overseeing and coordinating all the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and other contract documents.
· Effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
· Performing daily quality control and safety checks.
· Accurately and timely reporting of all daily jobsite activity within Construction Management Software.
· Maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe job site.
· Inventory and approve all building materials before installation.
· Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with sub-contractors and office personnel.
