Your Role:
Real Estate Law – Associate Attorney (commercial)
Acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, construction, and syndications
Handling acquisition and depositions of various property types, from raw land to mixed-use spaces.
Preparing and negotiating financing documents for borrowers and lenders, including construction and permanent financing, syndicated credit facilities, and bond financings.
Managing loan restructuring, workouts, foreclosures, fund formation, joint ventures, REIT compliance, leasing, construction contracts, property management, tax-deferred exchanges, and oil and gas projects
Packages
Salary up to $275k with the chance for increased earnings based on experience.
