Job Title: Director of Product Marketing
Job Summary:
The Director of Product Marketing will lead and oversee all aspects of product marketing for Seclore. You will be pivotal in evangelizing data-centric security and shaping the product marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans to accelerate growth and customer acquisition. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop, lead, and implement the overall product marketing strategy and plans for Seclore's product portfolio.
Work closely with the Product Management team to understand market needs, customer pain points, and product features.
Create compelling narratives and positioning for products tailored to different market segments.
Lead product launch efforts, including developing marketing collateral such as data sheets, product videos, and sales enablement materials.
Conduct competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry analysts, and the press.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to give them the tools and training to market and sell our products successfully.
Analyze KPIs to measure marketing initiatives' effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Work collaboratively with other teams (engineering, design, operations) to bring products to market.
Define and implement a content strategy to drive awareness and demand generation campaigns, including public-facing solution collateral, white papers, thought leadership content, videos, presentations, blogs, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B tech or data security environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful product marketing strategies.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Proven track record of managing a team and executing high-impact marketing projects.
Strong storytelling skills, including excellent written and spoken communications
Ability to identify customer needs and effectively position differentiated B2B products/solutions in a manner that resonates with various target audiences - technical users, economic decision-makers, field teams, partner community, media, analysts.
Must be a self-starter with an owner mentality who enjoys working in a fast-paced software start-up environment.
