Builtech is currently seeking a Senior Multi-Family Project Manager ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
* Manage project with a value of $35M+.
* Own the project financials and job profitability.
* Orchestrator of the project team ? client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, etc.
* Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices.
* Represent Builtech as the client?s primary contact.
* Daily communication with your project teammates.
* Partner with the superintendent to co-develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly.
* Mentor Project Engineers and Asst. Project Managers to ensure their ongoing career growth.
