We are recruiting an Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest to call on Acute Care Facilities focusing on the NICU, Labor and Delivery, mother-baby, and Critical Care Units. We are a Specialty Distributor based in CA, concentrating on the western US with exclusive distribution on several focused lines in the areas mentioned above. We are a rapidly growing company with a family-like environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time Outside Account Manager role located in the Pacific Northwest for an Account Manager at Pacific Biomedical Inc. The Account Manager plays a crucial role in working with Pacific Biomedical Inc.'s clients to understand their needs, provide innovative solutions, and manage relationships with customers. This includes identifying sales opportunities, creating business proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Pacific Biomedical Inc.'s products and services. The ideal candidate will be financially driven, self-managed, and capable of driving the business forward. The perfect candidate will be self-driven and able to manage a territory without being micro-managed. We are an extremely knowledgeable, self-driven group.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Compassion for the medical environment and patients.
4+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales.
Experience selling into the NICU, L&D, ICU, Respiratory, or Mother Baby Acute Care Units.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Hubspot or Sales Force.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the NICU, RT, and ICU departments.
Demonstrating an understanding of medical terminology and knowledge of medical devices in the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with Washington and Oregon.
Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
