About the role:

The Site Services Manager reports to and works closely with the Regional Manager ensuring quality day-to-day operational execution of assigned DC campus . This role is accountable for managing technicians and deliverables in a DC campus for the services team, including coordinating parts and labor dispatches, identifying opportunities, new product requirements, materials planning, identifying significant customer issues and staying engaged with customer issues . You will lead cross-functional teams committed to service excellence, quality performance and a first -class customer experience. You will work with various senior-level hardware engineers & managers, and other engineering teams to help define, scope, and implement assigned projects into a customer environment. The role requires heavy tactical coordination, working across technical, production, supply chain, and logistics through to customer delivery, while staying aligned with high level strategy.

What you will do:

Responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and retention of personnel supporting the business requirements

Responsible for ensuring all personnel at the site are trained and in compliance with customer requirements, product support, and Company policies

Leads a team of high-performing, cross-functional personnel in delivery of contracted services support

Fosters a culture of positivity, leads by example in establishing the cultural tenets of People First, Ownership Mentality, Quality, and Partnership

Accountable for the overall performance to achieve the agreed customer service support, knows and communicates the details of status, issues, successes, and needs for the site

Own and manage the day-to-day relationship with customer personnel at the site level . Assist the Regional Manager for overall account management as needed

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of site assessments, builds, transport, inventory, and deployments across the site

Proactively reviews team performance, customer service performance, and other key measures for the site to drive continual improvements, anticipate and pre-emptively address risk areas that balance business needs and technical constraints

Implements operating standards, processes, and procedures and leads a culture of excellence with specific focuses on safety, technical operations, quality, compliance, and transparency.

Actively reviews qualified ideas to deliver better customer experience and / or efficiency gains with peers and management

Efficiently and effectively communicates status, opportunities and / or challenges across the site with both internal and external audiences

Continually reviews inspection methods, develops measures, and drives improvement to ensure the quality of service continually meets / surpasses expectations

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you will bring:

Proven team leadership experience – at least three years’ experience leading and motivating a diverse, service delivery workforce.

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience, or five (5) years of server hardware deployment and IT Data Center Services.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications .

Good cross functional communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously.

Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

The ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.

The ability to safely climb ladders when necessary.

The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly when necessary.

The ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for extended periods without loss or reduction of productivity.

The ability to ( i ) use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls, (ii) make quick, precise adjustments to machine controls, (iii) bend or twist their body and (iv) repeat movements for extended periods without loss or reduction of productivity.
